Dune module containing the practical exercises to the lecture: Parallel Solution of Large Sparse Linear Systems

Version of dune-common based on the branch releases/2.3, but patched with the changes related to "make headercheck". This is a quick workaround which should be used in the computer pool in OMZ before the release of version 2.4.
