This is the unified version of HDNUM for both "Einführung in die Numerik" and "Numerik"

Version of dune-common based on the branch releases/2.3, but patched with the changes related to "make headercheck". This is a quick workaround which should be used in the computer pool in OMZ before the release of version 2.4.
