A new exercise for the Grid IO part. It is mainly about playing around with constructing various (types of) grids.

Version of dune-common based on the branch releases/2.3, but patched with the changes related to "make headercheck". This is a quick workaround which should be used in the computer pool in OMZ before the release of version 2.4.
